Trade Legislation

Note relating to anti-dumping, countervailing duty and safeguard legislation of WTO Members:

WTO Members are required to submit their anti-dumping, countervailing duty and safeguard legislation to the WTO.  Anti-dumping legislation is required to be notified under Article 18.5 of the Anti-dumping Agreement; countervailing duty legislation is required to be notified under Article 32.6 of the SCM Agreement; and safeguard legislation is required to be notified under Article 12.6 of the Agreement on Safeguards.  This legislation is available from the documents online search page on the WTO web site.
