• Because panel reports can be quite long, we have created an abbreviated version of each report, with the parties' arguments/descriptive part and any Annexes deleted.  The main link for each panel report is to the abbreviated version. To view the full report, click on the "Full Report" link below the name of the dispute. 

• This list contains both normal disputes and Article 21.5 compliance disputes, the latter indicated by a "(21.5)" notation after the dispute name.

• Pursuant to DSU Article 16.4, panel reports are to be adopted by the DSB within 60 days of circulation, unless an appeal is filed.  In the table below, unless otherwise indicated, the date in the "Adoption Date/Status" column is the adoption date.  (Where a report was appealed, the notation "(with AB report)" follows the adoption date).  For those reports that have not yet been adopted, either because they are on appeal or because the 60 day time limit has not yet elapsed, we have indicated the circulation date.  Note that the date on the cover page of the report itself is the circulation date.

• These reports are published in their officially paginated format by Cambridge University Press in the Dispute Settlement Reports (DSRs). The DSR citations are provided in the table (with the exception of recently circulated reports which have not yet been published).
