Note relating to anti-dumping, countervailing duty and safeguard legislation of WTO Members:
WTO Members are required to submit their anti-dumping, countervailing duty and safeguard legislation to the WTO. Anti-dumping legislation is required to be notified under Article 18.5 of the Anti-dumping Agreement; countervailing duty legislation is required to be notified under Article 32.6 of the SCM Agreement; and safeguard legislation is required to be notified under Article 12.6 of the Agreement on Safeguards. This legislation is available from the document dissemination facility on the WTO web site.
