The purpose of the WorldTradeLaw.net discussion forums is to encourage a discussion of all aspects of world trade law, with a particular focus on WTO disputes. We have set up several forum topics for users to discuss. Feel free to post messages on any of these topics (except for the "Notices of New DSCs" forum).
When you enter the main forum page, click on any of the listed forums (e.g., "EC - Asbestos", "U.S. - Section 301", etc.). Then, to post a new discussion topic, simply click on "Post". To participate in existing discussion topics, click on one of the topics and then use the "Reply" link to respond to a specific post.
We have created this forum so that it can be used anonymously. Thus, you can ignore the "Login" link. However, feel free to become a registered user, as this will allow you to take advantage of special features, such as e-mail notification when someone replies to your post.
The ability to remain anonymous must not be abused. Vulgar or insulting messages will be deleted. Also, please do not impersonate others. For example, do not post messages as Professor John Jackson (unless, of course, you are Professor John Jackson). If the ability to post anonymously leads to abuse, we will change the rules so that only registered users can participate. For now, though, it will be open to all without registration.
